Rankboards and Scoring

Rankboards are the leaderboards that track participant standings within a derby. Each derby can have multiple rankboards with different scoring criteria called sorters. Common sorters include Longest Fish, Most Catches, Total Weight, Shortest Fish, Average Length, and Species Slam. Scores update in real time as verified catches come in. Rankboards can be configured to count only specific species, limit the number of scoring catches per angler, or apply time-based multipliers. Captains choose which sorters apply when creating a derby.
